So, I was riding around one day on the south hill of Spokane, saw this building and knew instantly that I wanted to do a shoot there! Well, we (me, Sam, and my assistant, Sarah) arrived on location and started setting up and playing around with different spots to photograph in only to find out by Joe (a worker at this building) that this orange and green building was the storage facility for homicidal evidence in Spokane...As you can imagine, we were a little put off by this information. Joe proceeded to tell us to just be careful and to not hit any buttons, "We don't want any cops to show up and be upset..." Not 5 seconds later, guess who shows up??? That's right, a police officer... I little nervous by the sudden appearance, I explained that I was a photographer from Spokane Falls Community College and was working on an assignment...relieved is an understatement when he told us to just be careful! Thank you Jesus for favor...that could have played out a lot differently!

Again, we weren't in the best of locations and as we were about to move around to the other side of the building, Joe felt it necessary to tell us to be careful one more time because, "That camera equipment will buy a lot of crack around here..." Oh, Joe...the shoot wouldn't have been the same without you :)

We got some GREAT shots and had a ton of fun!!! Thanks Sam!
